    Description: For the Beginner to Intermediate client looking for a great all-over Pilates workout using all our equipment. Learn to move from your core for a leaner appearance and better overall health of your body.

    Intensity:  Low to Moderate Pace

  • Intermediate Pilates

    Description: This class is for the client ready to move to the next level. Introducing the intermediate level of exercises on the reformer, tower and chair. The skill level increases as well as the strength level.

    Intensity:  Moderate to Fast Pace

  • Advanced Pilates

    Description: This class flows more than our other Pilates classes, you MUST have a strong knowledge of the equipment. More challenging Pilates exercises are introduced. Be ready to challenge yourself in this class.
